Anyone with a passion for writing, design, photography, commentary or reporting can join the Mancunion team. Whether you want to rave about the state of your university accommodation, or have heard a really good story on the University grapevine that you want to pursue, contact us.
Everybody who writes for Mancunion starts off as a section writer – some write for many sections at a time, others for just the one – spending as much or as little time as they want on the paper. Each section has editors devoted to co-ordinating their team of writers to produce their section of the paper and each sub-editor holds meetings once or twice a week. It’s best to go along to one of these meetings (times are published in the newspaper) or to contact the section editors to express your interest.
