DEAR STUDENT DIRECT,
I WOULD like to congratulate Tom Skinner on his remarkable honesty in the recent "Home Fees for Asylum Seekers" article. However, I fail to understand how it can be a great day for the Union when the incumbent Gen Sec admits that the Union has only succeeded twice in his memory!?
Obviously he isn't including glorious successes such as the banning of the evil coca cola from the Union shop, or the twinning of our second rate University Union with a radical, divisive union in a far away Middle Eastern country... my goodness, when you include these triumphs his legacy is clear!!
