TWO STUDENTS from Manchester universities are in the 2008 edition of the University Babes calendar.
Sian Barton, from The University of Manchester, has been selected by talent spotters to appear on the December page of the 2008 calendar. She is a third year studying Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying.
A Manchester Metropolitan University student also appears on the calendar, which has been produced by Babesandboys.com.
Emily Simmons, a third year International Fashion Marketing student, is Miss April on the calendar.
The new calendar has received acclaimed exposure from the likes of The Sun, Zoo, Nuts and The Star.
Sian Barton was unavailable for comment, but a statement by the company encouraged students to audition for next years calendar, who have had previous contestants making it to the Miss Great Britain competition.
Following a similar format to Manchester’s own The Girls (and Boys) of Manchester Universities Calendar, the calendar features students from around the UK with The University of Manchester being the only Russell Group institution to be represented.
